1. Who we are

2. Independent retailer status

Found Select is an independent multi-brand retailer. Items are sourced independently by Found Select. Brand and product names identify genuine branded goods offered for resale. We do not claim to be an authorised retailer, agent, sponsor or affiliate of a brand unless a listing expressly and truthfully says otherwise.

3. Products and listings

We aim to describe goods accurately, including material information needed to make an informed purchase. Images must depict the product accurately and be imagery we are entitled to use. Availability is subject to stock.

4. Prices and payment

The total price and any mandatory delivery charge will be displayed before payment. Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed by our disclosed payment provider. We do not store full card details on this website.

5. Orders

You can review and correct your basket and delivery information before placing the order. The final payment control clearly indicates that payment is required. After an order is accepted, we provide confirmation electronically in a form you can retain.

6. Delivery

We deliver only to eligible UK addresses. Items may be sent directly by our suppliers, and separately ordered items may arrive in separate parcels. The available delivery options, total delivery cost and estimated dates for your items must be displayed before payment. See our Delivery Policy. Unless another timeframe is agreed, delivery will occur within 30 days where required by UK law.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

For most online clothing purchases, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery and send the goods back within a further 14 days. For change-of-mind returns, you pay direct return postage as explained in our Returns & refunds policy. Faulty or misdescribed goods have separate rights. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts statutory consumer rights.

8. Authenticity and sourcing

We sell goods represented as genuine only where we have sourced them as genuine. We retain appropriate supplier and purchase records. Importation and resale must comply with applicable intellectual-property and product rules.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits statutory rights.
