Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver to eligible addresses in the United Kingdom only. A UK-format postcode does not by itself confirm that a particular address is deliverable; availability must be checked during live checkout. We will not accept orders for an address outside our supported UK delivery area.

Who sends your parcel

Some items are dispatched directly by our suppliers. Orders containing items from more than one supplier may arrive in separate parcels. Found Select is your seller and your point of contact about delivery.

Delivery options, charges and the estimated delivery date for your specific order will be displayed before you place the order. We will not add undisclosed mandatory delivery charges after checkout.

Delivery timeframe

Delivery estimates depend on the actual supplier, stock location, destination and delivery service chosen. Published delivery times for Nike, adidas or another brand apply to purchases from that brand and are not a Found Select delivery promise. We aim to deliver within the estimate shown for your order at checkout. Unless you and Found Select agree a different timeframe, goods will be delivered within 30 days as required by applicable UK distance-selling rules.

Express delivery

Express delivery will be offered only for items where the supplier actually dispatching your order confirms an express service to your address. The available option, full charge and estimated arrival date must be shown at checkout before payment. If an order contains items from different suppliers, they may have different delivery options and arrive separately.

Brand-store express times for comparison

These are published estimates for orders placed directly with those brands, not Found Select delivery estimates. We cannot apply them to your order unless the actual supplier confirms the same service.

Nike UK currently publishes a standard estimate but no general express service on its UK delivery-options page. See each brand’s current delivery policy before relying on its estimate.

Delays

If an item cannot be supplied within the agreed timeframe, we will contact you and explain the options available, including cancellation and refund rights where applicable.
